- Best fare guarantee applies to non-refundable agency-restricted tickets booked in person, over the phone, chat or email. It does not apply to tickets booked on our website or on other websites via our affiliate links, as we have no opportunity to review the results of your search and provide any additional savings.
- Our specialists will review your itinerary and help you save money without sacrificing comfort and convenience. We guarantee to find tickets of the same fare class (economy, premium economy, business, first) as you requested, for less. However, our discounted tickets usually come with additional restrictions due to the difference in fare codes. Please see terms for details.
- The guarantee is not valid on mixed class tickets, fares for unaccompanied minors, reservations containing lap infants, travel packages combining air fare with any other service, such as hotel or resort reservations, car rental, or any auxiliary airline services, such as fees for additional luggage.
- In addition, the guarantee is not valid on fares that were not originally published in USD, fares not published on US market by the airlines, fares offered by foreign travel agencies, fares that may be booked only via websites or travel agencies that require registration and/or membership.
- Basic economy fares are excluded if they are not offered via travel agencies as a matter of airline policy.
- The following airlines are excluded from the guarantee: Southwest, Norwegian, WOW Air, Ryanair, easyJet. This list is subject to change.
- Tickets combining different carriers may be excluded under certain circumstances.
- While most tickets booked by us earn airline miles, we do not guarantee that the dollar amount spent will count toward elite status qualification, as is often the case with deep discounted consolidator fares.
