Passaic Travel specializes in agency-restricted offline booking at prices below published fares. Discounted tickets booked this way usually come with additional restrictions.

  • Airlines’ customer service agents will not be able to make any changes or cancel such tickets prior to departure. Changes can be made only via the travel agency. In addition to the airline’s change fees and difference in fare, $50 agency change fee will apply, per passenger.
    • Once any part of the ticket is used, the above restriction no longer applies – further changes can be made directly with the airlines, and the additional agency fee will not be collected.
    • In case of a cancellation prior to trip commencement, agency fee of $50 per passenger applies, in addition to the airline’s cancellation fees and penalties, and in most cases the remaining ticket value will be converted into non-transferable airline credit for future travel, valid for one year, with additional restrictions, which vary by airline.
    • While we will try to help, we do not take responsibility for fulfilling change and cancellation requests within 72 hours of departure and cannot guarantee that the airlines would assist with such requests. For cancellation within 24 hours of departure, please contact the airline directly.
    • Please note that even though DOT rules require the airlines to waive cancellation fees for US departures during the first 24 hours after the booking is made, agency fee still applies.
  • Travel must commence at least three days after the date of booking, and must complete within ten months of the date of booking.
  • We do not take responsibility for denied boarding due to not meeting passport, visa or other entry requirements.
  • We do not take responsibility for any errors that are not brought to our attention within 12 hours of sending a confirmation message that contains the details of your booking.
